Andersia Business Centre office building located in the center of Poznań started the process of recommercialization. At the end of February next year, the building will offer just over 4,000 sq.m. of A+ class modern office space located on 3 floors. Andersia Business Centre is a modern office space located in the very center of Poznań — only 50 m away from ul. Półwiejska, “Stary Browar”, and tram and bus stops. The total usable area of the building is 14,000 sq.m. It was commissioned in November 2012 and was one of the first office buildings in Poznań to obtain LEED Gold certification. In July 2015, it was included in the portfolio of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. and has been 100% commercialized.
The office building stands out from other buildings in Poznań thanks to its timeless architecture and technical parameters. In addition to the standard elements of A-class buildings, such as raised floor and suspended ceiling, the building provides excellent daylighting thanks to the fully glazed facade.
