INFORMATION ON DIVIDEND
When making the decision on dividend payment, the Management Board guides by the intention, declared in PHN S.A. strategy, to share the growth of the Company’s value with its shareholders in the form of dividend, and takes account of the Group’s present financial standing and planned cash flows, including the expected investment plans and the possibility of obtaining financing for their implementation.

DIVIDEND FOR 2020

On 29 June 2021, the Company's Annual General Meeting, pursuant to Resolution 7 on the distribution of profit for 2020, setting the record date and the dividend payment date, and the allocation of the supplementary capital (kapitał zapasowy), decided to: 1. transfer PLN 9,889,478.98 from the supplementary capital created using retained earnings, in order to add it to the Company's net profit for the year ended 31 December 2020, and allocate it for the payment of dividends; 2. distribute the Company's net profit for the year ended 31 December 2020, of PLN 8,027,824.27, as increased by the amount referred to in point (1) above to PLN 17,917,303.25, by allocating it for the payment of dividends to the shareholders in the amount of PLN 0.35 per share. 51,192,295 shares of the Company participate in the dividends. The Annual General Meeting of the Company, pursuant to the said Resolution, set the record date as 17 August 2021 and the dividend payment date as 31 August 2021.
