The Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs that under the resolution adopted on December 21, 2015, the Supervisory Board dismissed the following Members of the Management Board with immediate effect:
- Artur Lebiedziński
- Mateusz Matejewski
- Włodzimierz Stasiak
