Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. signed a contract with Unibep S.A. for the construction of the housing estate in Łódź. The construction will take 18 months.
The new project of the PHN Group is located in a peaceful green area at ul. Kusocińskiego 115 and 117 in the Polesie district. In its close proximity, there is a botanical garden, an aqua park and the Atlas Arena event venue. There are also numerous stores and service outlets, including a shopping center, restaurants and fitness clubs.
In the first stage of the project, on an area of 1 ha, two buildings with a total usable area of 8,400 sq.m. will be built, which will include 166 apartments. The apartments have functional and easily adaptable layouts. Most of them are of medium sizes (40–60 sq.m.). Apartments located on the ground floor have their own gardens, and the ones located above have loggias and balconies. The body of the building is characterized by simplicity and elegance.

The construction site will be handed over in September, and the construction is expected to be completed within 18 months.
