Polski Holding Nieruchomości signed a contract with a company belonging to the Hillwood Group to purchase the remaining 50% of shares in two companies implementing the Hillwood & PHN Pruszków warehouse park in Parzniew near Warsaw. Preparatory works have started for the construction of an underground passage connecting SKYSAWA, the flagship project of Polski Holding Nieruchomości, with the Rondo ONZ metro station. The PHN Group and Fabryka Obrabiarek do Drewna have signed a conditional agreement and preliminary agreements for the purchase of a complex of plots of land, consisting of three areas located close to the center of Bydgoszcz.
