The first building of the Skysawa office and commercial complex in Warsaw has reached its target height. The project of Polski Holding Nieruchomości being developed at ul. Świętokrzyska 36 will consist of two buildings — a shorter one with four to nine floors and a 155-meter tower.

In H1 2020, PHN Group’s adjusted EBITDA increased by over 30% year-on-year to PLN 37.2 million. Rental revenue increased by 13% to PLN 92.8 million, and rental profit to PLN 51.2 million. In H1 2020, the PHN Group generated profit from development activities of PLN 14.1 million.

Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. signed a contract with Unibep S.A. for the construction of the housing estate in Łódź. The construction will take 18 months.
The new project of the PHN Group is located in a peaceful green area at ul. Kusocińskiego 115 and 117 in the Polesie district.
