The Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. Group more than doubled its net profit in Q1 2020 in comparison to the same period last year — the consolidated net profit amounted to PLN 29.6 million compared to PLN 12.7 million in the same period last year.
In Q1 this year, adjusted EBITDA of the PHN Group increased to PLN 26.2 million, and rental revenue amounted to PLN 46.6 million compared to PLN 41.6 million last year.

In Q1 2020, Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. and Poczta Polska S.A. renewed the lease agreement for ca. 20,000 sq.m. of space in Domaniewska Office Hub (DOH) at ul. Rodziny Hiszpańskich 8 in the Warsaw district of Mokotów. The annex was signed for 5 years. The PHN Group significantly improved its results in 2019 due to the good economic situation on the domestic commercial and residential property market, new projects and cost control.
