The PHN Group significantly improved its results in 2019 due to the good economic situation on the domestic commercial and residential property market, new projects and cost control. The construction of 10,300 sq.m. of warehouse space with modern offices and a training room in Świebodzin has been completed as a joint venture by Hillwood Polska and Polski Holding Nieruchomości. The warehouse has been developed in the BTS formula for Moto-Profil, one of the largest distributors of automotive parts and accessories.
