Diaphragm walls drilling in the SKYSAWA building — the flagship project of Polski Holding Nieruchomości — has been completed. The next stage is the construction of three underground floors of the building. Construction works are carried out using the “top-down” method.

The office of the World Anti-Doping Agency will be established in Wilanów Office Park — a state-of-the-art office complex belonging to the PHN Group. Representatives of Polski Holding Nieruchomości and the World Anti-Doping Agency have signed a lease agreement for the office space in the building located at ul. Branickiego 17 in the Warsaw district of Wilanów.

After three quarters of 2019, the PHN Group earned a net profit of PLN 43.8 million, an increase of over 15% compared to the last year. We already have the final permit for the construction of Marina Office. The construction of the state-of-the-art office complex located in the seaside part of Gdynia is planned to commence in Q1 2020. Polski Holding Nieruchomości is the investor of the project.
