The office building located in front of the existing Intraco building will offer high quality working environment. It will be designed and fitted out according to the latest trends in workspace planning. The building will provide a total of ca. 14,000 sq.m. of A-class office space. The building at ul. Stawki 2 will be designed by Konsorcjum Juvenes - Projekt & Pracownia Obsługi Inwestorów Pro-Invest. It will be an 8-storey office building with retail and service facilities on the ground floor, and a 3-level underground car park. The new building will perfectly harmonize with the Intraco tower – Warsaw’s first high-rise building.

Status of work: 

A state-of-the-art A-class office building will replace the parking lot in front of Warsaw’s first office building – Intraco. The excellent location and the proximity of the business center of Warsaw will make the building stand out from the competition. The office building will be located in the northern part of the Śródmieście (city center) district, close to the historic Old Town. With the Dworzec Gdański metro station as well as tram and bus lines nearby, it will have quick and convenient links to other parts of the city. The Arkadia and Klif shopping malls are also located nearby.
