Polski Holding Nieruchomości has signed a contract with ALSTAL, i.e. the general contractor for the first stage of the Nowa Nakielska by PHN project, located in the center of Bydgoszcz at Nakielska Street. As part of this stage, which will take about 20 months to complete, 170 apartments ranging from 27 sqm to 92 sqm will be built.

PHN Group closed the first half of 2024 with revenue of PLN 304.3M, which, after taking into account administrative and sales expenses, translated into a net sales profit of PLN 62.4M.
