Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. has signed a contract for the third and final stage of the Młoda Białołęka residential project on Geodezyjna Street in Warsaw. PHN Group company Chemobudowa Kraków will be the general contractor of the project. In the three quarters of 2025, the PHN Group achieved operating revenues of PLN 630.9 million, representing more than 30% increase compared to the corresponding period of the previous year. Net profit amounted to PLN 179.2 million compared to PLN 112.2 million loss in the corresponding period last year.
