On Friday, 1 August, this year, marking the 81st anniversary of the outbreak of the Warsaw Uprising, the symbol of Fighting Poland will illuminate the facade of the INTRACO skyscraper at 2 Stawki Street owned by the PHN Group.

Polski Holding Nieruchomości and Polski Holding Hotelowy have signed a letter of intent paving the way for the modernization of the Regent Hotel, located at ul. Belwederska 23 in Warsaw. Polski Holding Nieruchomości and the Capital Police Headquarters have signed a letter of intent that marks the beginning of cooperation in the area of housing policy, aimed at addressing the housing needs of officers and employees of the Capital Police Headquarters. PHN Group, owner of the INTRACO office building at ul. Stawki 2 in Warsaw, has announced its decision to demolish the existing building. This is the beginning of a new phase – preparations for the construction of a modern, energy-efficient and environmentally friendly high-rise building, which in its new form will continue INTRACO’s recognizable presence in this part of the city, while respecting the history of the site.

PHN Group closed the first quarter of 2025 with very good financial results. Net profit reached a historic high of PLN 185.9M, driven primarily by VAT refund. It is worth noting that operating profit for the period amounted to PLN 101.9M, an increase of 14.3% year-on-year.
In Q1 2025, PHN Group generated sales revenue of PLN 223.8M, which, after taking into account administrative and sales expenses, translated into a net sales profit of PLN 41.8M. This represents an increase of about 52%...
